Founder
Sibongakonke Nala
Sibongakonke Nala is the founder of Mbhaleni Group, bringing a strong academic and professional foundation to the company. He holds a BCom in Financial Sciences and a BCom Honours in Internal Auditing from the University of Pretoria. With nine years of experience across various industries, he has played a key role in helping organisations strengthen internal systems, improve processes, reduce unnecessary expenses, and increase overall profitability.
His career is built on a passion for efficiency, problem–solving, and strategic thinking. Beyond the corporate space, he is actively involved in community development initiatives, supporting youth empowerment and assisting underprivileged families.
Mbhaleni Group began as a small student-focused moving service during his varsity years, driven by a desire to help and create value. Recognising its potential, he officially registered the company in 2019, expanding it into a growing logistics and construction business built on dedication, integrity, and service excellence.
